Manager, Product Management, Merchant Vertical Identity Solutions
Overview
Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative authentication products that enable a simple and secure payment experiences for consumers.
Role
•Manage and support the end-to-end product management for a suite of authentication products for merchants, acquirers and PSPs.
•Develop product strategy to enhance and scale the merchant vertical authentication product line to drive future revenue growth.
•Create financial models to evaluate new business and pricing opportunities
•Ensure market needs are captured and product enhancements are identified and prioritized for development.
•Development of product communication plans and support materials for merchant authentication products
•Provide Subject Matter Expert support to commercialization and regional teams
•Develop KPI’s and reporting to monitor product performance.
All About You
•Experience managing global products from end-to-end.
•Being familiar with the Cyber & Intelligence Solutions and digital payment trends
•Creating and delivering presentations to internal or external stakeholders
•Good numeracy skills
•Working and building relationships with colleagues across functions and from multiple regions
•Having strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
