Description
The Training Manager will lead, supervise and coach the training team in preparing colleagues to perform their job following the guidelines of Customer First and ensure a consistent learning experience.
• Assumes a leadership responsibility with stakeholders / business partners and sponsors to achieve mutually beneficial objectives, for the achievement of corporate goals.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to meet the needs of constituents assuring the quality and delivery of training.
• Facilitates training as required.
Qualifications
• 7 years experience in leadership roles in mid to large size footprint
• Superior facilitation and presentation skills; excellent written skills
• Strong organizational skills; self motivated
• Internal Consulting, Need Assessment
• Establish leadership role in the region consistent with corporate goals and serves as internal consultant to stakeholder and business partners.
• Partners with stakeholder and business groups to collaborate on how to provide best in class training support.
• Elicit feedback from stakeholder and business partner to develop strategies to enhance and implement actions to improve colleague training effectiveness.
• Regularly attends stakeholder and business partner meetings/conference calls, provides updates and seeks input on training related matters.
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of the vision and mission of the organization decisions and effectively communicates to colleagues.
• Readily shares and communicates information relevant to all levels of the organization to enhance overall team performance.
• Provides training reports and tracking as required
• Participates in strategic projects as requested
• Adheres to all corporate policies and procedures
• Travel Required
Education
• Bachelor's Degree

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
