The Executive Office of Customer Care is seeking an internal candidate with skills in Process Improvement & Root Cause. This professional will help us execute detailed investigations and expose persistent or reoccurring issues that reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of all business areas. The individual will work closely with internal EOCC teams and employees across the organization. The candidate should possess a keen sense for recognizing breaks in proper business functions and readily diagnose the reasons causing the issue. The position will work to document and identify possible opportunities for improvements and then prepare and present options to management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Working with cross-functional teams to study, document, and analyze current processes and work flows.
• Identification and recommendation of innovative process & system improvements.
• Participation in high-level problem solving.
• Collaboration with Senior Team Members to assist in implementation of changes for streamlining and efficiency improvements designed to increase ROI (return on investment), reduce costs, reduce waste, improve quality, improve customer experience, and increase employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
The requirements for the Customer Care Analyst position are as follows:
• Bachelor Degree in Math or Business Management or related field preferred
• Associates Degree with related experience will be considered
• Three (3) or more years relevant experience in process mapping / process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft or Relational database software preferred but not required
• Strong self-motivation, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and ability to function well in cross-functional, inter-departmental teams
• Ability to multi-task on concurrent projects
• Willingness to travel
