SUMMARY
Authorizes content for a wide range of communicational platforms. Plans, develops, and generates letter content with subsequent letter management, based on client requests and regulations. Communicates with various stakeholders and performs audits on content and grammar.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Drafts, writes, edits, proofreads, and publishes customer-facing letter content within Paris XL Print software.
• Collaborates with design teams for content planning functions.
• Manages letter versions strategically, across client base by account set-up post-production.
• Performs post-production letter reviews to drive qualitative execution.
• Interacts with various stakeholders, including Account Management, Operations Management, Project/Implementation Management, Software Quality Assurance, Compliance, User Acceptance Testing, Business System Analysts, Product Management, and Mail Operations.
• Performs internal quality audits on spelling, grammar, content, formatting, keywords, and regulations.
• Assists User Acceptance Testing in setting up letter versions in test environments.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
• Must be proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
