If so, you may be a candidate for the Insurance Service Specialist position. You will be a part of a team that is responsible for providing service regarding insurance products and annuities to our branch office teams, third party vendors and other areas of the firm via in-bound phone calls and service requests. Anyone can provide an answer. We need knowledgeable and talented associates that can provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming calls regarding insurance and annuity products and processes.
• Gain a high level expertise on the products and processes we support through continued training.
• Work independently and as a team to satisfy customer needs.
• Provide fellow associates and branch offices with easy access to information, friendly support, and reliable solutions.
Position Requirements
Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills
• Ability to accept and adjust to change
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong work ethic and desire to work and excel in the financial industry
• Career minded
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance related field preferred
• Financial Services or Insurance industry experience a plus
• Must obtain State Insurance License within 6 months of hire
• Series 7 and 66 License preferred within 12 months of hire
