A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
• Drive the implementation of new clients
• Create Project Plans for each individual client implementation and work with Sales, Client Administration and Customer Service through completion
• Maintain open communication with internal and external staff
• Communicate the advantages of ServiceLink’s valuation products and services to clients
• Travel to client locations as needed to assist with implementation planning and execution
• Manage the contract and pricing process
• Work with Sales through the discovery process to identify clients’ needs and propose appropriate solutions
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
• Prior experience as a Valuations Account Executive or five or more year’s management experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management industry
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of valuation products and services
• Must possess good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate good communication and customer service skills

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• Ability to work in a fast pace work environment and multi-task
• Maintain open communication with internal and external staff
• Self-starter; ability to drive results from peers
• Drive the implementation of new clients
• Create Project Plans for each individual client implementation and work with sales and customer service through completion
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Great knowledge base in understanding valuation products in default and servicing space
• Reporting updates on new business to executive management
• Remain current with respect to all company requirements
• Participates in and coordinates the development of strategies for acquiring new clients
• Monitors operational work flow related to new business to ensure optimal client satisfaction
• Flexible with travel
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in the Mortgage Services Industry with valuation knowledge
• Practical work experience within real estate industry and/or a vendor management service company
• Working knowledge of valuation and/or default related 3rd party technology platforms i.e., Res.Net, Equator, RealEC, FNC
• Proven customer service skills
• Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
• Track record which demonstrates attention to detail, meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment – often with competing priorities
• Demonstrate and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, executive leadership, etc…
• Demonstrated ability to handle change and ambiguity
