Role/Responsibilities
The Role / Responsibilities:
The Marketing Automation Platform Trainer will leverage her/his experience as a marketing practitioner to design, develop, execute, enhance and maintain effective Marketo learning programs/ trainings/ curriculum for 100+ marketers around the globe. This person will also create customized training documentation and incorporate this material into the training curriculum. Specific responsibilities include:
• Developing, curating, implementing and executing a full-service training program using a multitude of training modes (presentations, product demos, scenario-based exercises, etc.).
• Developing various ways to effectively communicate unique features and product functionality by creating and using videos, webinars, etc. to ensure proper usage.
• Crafting detailed training documentation to support training program and reinforce best practices.
• Identifying stakeholder specific training needs to drive quality of the user experience and overall usage.
• Providing continuous assessment of training needs and prioritization of needs; evaluate training outcomes and recommend and implement program changes in order to provide an exceptional learning experience.
• Drive adoption and evangelize and champion platform excellence.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a marketing practitioner in a financial services organization.
• Market Certified Expert, or similar certification for other marketing automation systems.
• Prior experience developing, curating, implementing and executing in person, self-paced, web-based, training programs.
• Experience in training and creating documentation for a technical or web-based product
• Knowledge of Salesforce campaign functionality.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate or other similar eLearning development tools.
• Exceptional writing, presentation and public speaking/communication skills.
• Highly organized and collaborative self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain high level of standards and accountability.
