Responsibilities
• Create monthly volume reports use for statistical reporting.
• New Business Volume and Yield data quality support.
• EMC leader financial report support.
• Calculation and preparation of quarterly sales incentive compensation performance.
• Preparation of annual incentive plan targets & documentation.
• Monthly expense analytics, variance commentary, and preparation of dashboards.
• Business unit expense analysis and unit cost input preparation.
• Development of annual operating expense plan and periodic forecasts.
• Preparation of monthly journal entries for expense allocations, functional expense re-classes, and expense accruals.
• Headcount tracking.
• Preparation and distribution of weekly origination pipeline report.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficient use of business performance management suites (i.e. Oracle Essbase, Hyperion)
• Proficient use of accounting software suites (i.e. PeopleSoft)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Highly proficient in database management tools (i.e. Microsoft Access, SQL Query Analyzer, etc.)
• Experience with Infolease is a plus but not required
