Responsible for developing and implementing collections strategies, including integration with technology.
Responsibilities
• Leads project teams.
• Identifies and addresses late-stage delinquency and specific collection servicing requirements, needs, issues, volumes, and timelines.
• Prioritizes business improvement projects and develops technology strategies for upgrades and enhancements.
• Partners with the business and technology teams on implementations.
• Maintains and implements policies and procedures for business processes.
