Executive Assistant
We are looking for a self-confident Executive Assistant who has presence, sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills. In this role, you will perform a variety of duties which include written and verbal correspondence, meeting and calendar management, coordination and arrangement of domestic and international travel, develop and implement technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Communicate professionally and confidently; close collaboration with the Executive Assistants to the CEO and the President.
•Ability to approach challenges with a positive and solutions-minded perspective.
•Organize, manage and analyze multiple calendars and complex global travel arrangements.
•Embrace new technology and help identify opportunities to utilize technology.
•Able to anticipate the needs of the Head of Technology Banking and Bank leadership team. Take pride in thinking one step ahead for the people you work for, solving needs before they even arise in their minds.
•Coordinate meetings on behalf of the Head of Technology Banking.
•Uncanny attention to detail in all aspects of what you do.
•Partner with administrative teams across the organization.
•Serve as a partner and advisor for internal Executive Assistant community.
Qualifications
•Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience preferred.
•A minimum of 5+ years of responsible administrative support in a dynamic rapidly changing environment is required.
•Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and possesses the ability to address multiples priorities, and meet deadlines.
•Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently and get stuff done.
•Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Less is more.
•Experience managing budgets and partnering with accounting.
•Deliver under pressure and with changing deadlines flawlessly.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
