Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The SVP Chief Information Officer is responsible for leading, directing and overseeing all areas of Technology enterprise wide for the bank and its subsidiaries. Highly sensitive and strategic position requiring expertise in steering enterprise technology delivery through technology excellence, change management and business transformation.Leads Technology support for Level One Risk Management support activity; and Manages the conversion execution of all merger and acquisition activity pertaining to Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides leadership, integrative management, and direction for the Bank's information systems and applications, to include institution-wide strategic planning, budgeting for information technologies, and coordination and integration of all Bank's IT activities.
• Provides institution-wide leadership and direction in the management and operation of IT services across the Bank. Leads, guides, and oversees the institutional technology budgeting process, and provides leadership in cost and productivity analysis. Leads the process of determining the priorities, projects, and future directions of the Bank's IT functions. Integrates and coordinates the development of and implementation IT programs across the Bank, to achieve maximum institution-wide efficiencies and synergies; coordinates the identification and prioritization of required IT initiatives among the Bank's various operating components. Provides direction and leadership in the review of present IT systems and methods, and in the formulation of new and revised systems.
• Provides leadership and direction in the management of Digital and Data Strategy of IT services across the Bank. Leads, guides and oversees the current and future state data goverance, management, and architecture of the Bank and the building of a future state Business Intelligence function.Manage and oversee operational expenses and responsible for driving cost efficiency efforts.
• Responsible for sourcing and procurement of vendor contracts, creating strategic vendor relationships, and reducing spend on professional services.

Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing a team of individuals and leaders responsible for IT technical support, development, application support, architecture and digital technology.
• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
• Strong leadership including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
