Summary
Organization/Business Overview:
Western Carolina Team, an established financial service practice of Thrivent Financial, is looking to add a part- time (25-30 hours per week) Marketing and Administrative Assistant to their team in their Hendersonville, NC location. Western Carolina Team takes a customized approach to helping their members achieve multiple financial goals. You are customer focused, organized, and resourceful. You are able to handle multiple details, follow-through and help the clients feel supported and appreciated. Position Responsibilities/Qualifications:
• Demonstrated 2+ years office experience desired
• Client Calling: Proactively contact clients to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Marketing: Help to create a marketing strategy for the planning of client events, workshops and seminars – this includes creating campaigns and logistical details (vendors, location, food, invites, RSVP tracking and management)
• Social Media: you will help to create a greater presence for the Western Carolina Team through consistent updates and media posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.,
• Transactional service work to keep the day-to-day client activity moving forward
• Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data-base Salesforce, and other related CRM (desired).
• Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
◦ Handle and properly document sensitive communications with client/members, and respond in an effective and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

As part of the recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the process.
