About the Role
Do you love to develop and execute marketing campaigns? Are you a forward thinker known for creativity and attention to detail? We're looking for someone strategic like that to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and promotions for our regional bank serving nine branches throughout North Central Washington.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and implement marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeting toward existing and new markets.
• Manage creative workflow to produce all marketing and collateral pieces which includes working with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
• Manage the bank’s social media channels.
• Manage the bank’s website and internal intranet pages.
• Manage the bank’s inventory of marketing/promotional materials.
• Help plan and direct the annual marketing budget.
• Support branch involvement with sponsorships and events to optimize visibility of bank’s involvement.
About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• A four year college degree with an emphasis on business or marketing is preferred. An Associates degree will be considered if accompanied with additional training and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:
• Professionalism and strong customer service focus
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong writing skills, specifically for social media
• Detailed proof reading skills
• Project management skills
• Creative with attention to detail
• Organized with a keen eye for accuracy and relentless attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be flexible enough to work on multiple projects that may require reprioritization due to shifting demands, unforeseen events and changing circumstances.

Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
