Description
To assist the Collections/Single Point of Contact departments with daily, monthly and ad-hoc productivity and operational reports.
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming telephone calls from internal and external customers, prepare mail, deliver mail and faxes throughout the department and review and respond to emails from internal and external customers
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist in analyzing daily, monthly and ad-hoc productivity and reporting
• Provide information internally as needed
• Request and send Financial Packages to customers to resolve delinquency
• Prepare spreadsheets; statistics in report form for department and management use
• Process payments received from customers via mail or received from branch offices with accuracy
• Communicating clearly with both internal and external customers by verbal and/or written correspondence
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• 2-3 years customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
• Between 3 - 5 years
• Ability to take initiative and work in an unstructured environment
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Great decision making skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
