Brief Description:
The Service Delivery Manager of Customer Master Data Management will work closely with technology and business leads on both tactical and strategic MDM solutions. This function will work closely with partners to conduct a deep dive current state analysis including all aspects of customer integration across the ecosystem of customer-impacting business processes. The candidate will leverage current state analysis to contribute to future state requirements, design, and solution recommendations.
Detailed Description:
• Conduct current and future state assessments
• Maintain current and future state MDM alignment with the following themes
• Improve business efficiency and optimize business processes
• Consolidate, simplify and modernize across the enterprise
• Driving Data services standards strategies and procedural processes
• Alignment of data initiatives with the data strategy focusing on Customer Master Data
• Manage application architects with application domain knowledge in customer legacy system, as well as the IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management product
• Assists in the development of strategy, planning, funding, and delivery of technology products and services to Business Segments and delivery partners
• Partners in developing / executing technology strategy and Customer Master Data technical roadmap.
• Provides application architecture expertise to both the program strategy as well as non-program initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5 yrs of experience in managing individuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate is technically sound with the ability to communicate across the organization -- business/technology peers and executive management.
• Experience in banking and data management
• Experience in diverse technology supporting complex enterprise applications
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively interface and team with all levels of the organization.
• Candidate must be self-motivated and assertive while possessing the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills, able to coordinate multiple projects and flexible at adjusting assigned priorities when needed.
