Jackson National Life Distributors LLC (JNLD) has an opening for an Administrative Assistantto the Divisional Vice President, RBD West
Job Purpose
The primary function of this job is to support the Regional Director of Sales and the wholesalers under that person’s direction. In addition, the role will help develop and maintain marketing programs as well as help in supporting business relationships. The ideal candidate would thrive in a creative environment and be able to handle multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for coordinating programs on the wholesaler and advisor level to include but not limited to: turn-key marketing campaigns customized to fit a particular audience, video email programs and promotional campaigns designed to increase visibility of the wholesalers within their territories
• Partners with Wholesalers and Advisors to help facilitate programs.
• Extensive planning and tracking of campaigns and their results.
• Responsible for the logistics around various programs.
• Researches a multitude of topics for future programs.
• Creates and distributes reports at the direction of the Regional Director.
• Helps monitor sales and budgeting via reporting and the creation of spreadsheets.
• Coordinates activities amongst various divisions at Jackson for the Regional Director.
• Helps build and run divisional meetings.

• Highly proficient at J2K, Einstein Analytics, and other metrics based systems.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required. Associates degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of administrative or related experience.
