Associate Financial Analyst
will primarily support the Customer Experience (CX) organization providing monthly close, forecast, budget and financial decision support to members of the CX team under the direction of the Sales & Service Finance Leader. Additional responsibilities will include headcount tracking, reconciliation and analysis of operating expense accounts, and other special projects and Ad Hoc requests from Finance Leader and CX Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
• Annual Budget, Monthly Close, and Monthly Forecast for North America Customer Experience Leaders and their respective cost centers, including: accrual submission, forecast completion and system load (under supervision of Leader), monthly variance analysis, risk & opportunity analysis, budget preparation (under supervision of Leader) and tracking, and completion of monthly / quarterly reporting requirements.
• Responsible for consolidation and reporting of financial results for Global CX organization, including monthly leader report, Corporate Finance reporting requests, variance analysis, risk & opportunity analysis, open headcount analysis, an investment reporting.
• Headcount tracking and analysis for approximately 500 team members. Includes review of open headcount requisition requests, monitoring open roles, tracking turnover / new hires / offers, and maintenance of headcount cost center ownership.
• Support investment and business case development and provide high quality, value add finance support and partnership to CX business partners and internal finance departments
• Special Projects, Ad Hoc analysis, support vendor and corporate policy control adherence via thorough review and maintenance of systematic and manual requests (Purchase Orders, Field Glass, Requisitions, etc.)
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Finance required
• 0 – 3 Years of relevant experience / internship
• Effective communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong Computer Skills (MS Suite a must, TM1 / Business Objects a plus)
• Ability to work well independently or in a teaming / collaborative environment across functional groups at various levels of the organization
