Full Job Title: Telephony Solutions Analyst
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Description:
The Telephony Solutions Analyst will be responsible for moves, adds, changes, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Assists with development and support of the Telephony infrastructure to include installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting telephony systems.
Minimum Requirements:
• IT Administration and Support of Call Center Operations using a Predictive Dialer
• Administration and Programming of IVR Call Routing
• Backend Call Center Operational Support
• Knowledge of Telecommunication Concepts
• Strong Communication skills to work with internal customers, IT teams, and vendors
Preferred experience includes:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field
• Avaya ASA/CM/SBC/SM and/or Aspect UIP/ALM/CXP experience
• Ability and willingness to work with others in a collaborative team environment
