The HR Project Associate is accountable for supporting the L&D Team and business groups as they implement Learning Development priorities to drive improved performance and business results. The role ensures outstanding coordination, support and tracking of programs across the enterprise. The ability to effectively collaborate with business and HR professionals, manage multiple projects, and ensure accuracy of work is essential to get the job done. The right person will be detail orientated, self-motivated and customer service focused.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
• Manages the day-to-day functions of LMS administration, which include data entry, custom page maintenance, curricula, course and session management, roster management, evaluation survey analysis and other functions as needed.
• Provides comprehensive logistics support for training programs, which include managing communications, printing materials, room set up, catering and other important functions.
• Administers DiSC and StrengthsFinder assessment process and tracking.
• Creates and administers surveys, generates and distributes reports to measure program effectiveness.
• Processes invoices and supports budget tracking and vendor contracting for learning events.
• Provides recommendations for enhancements to LMS or business processes that drive efficiency and/or enhance user experience.
• Provides support to L&D team in presentation and material development.
• Ensures consistent and high quality deliverables and service to clients.
• Participates in special projects.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills Knowledge and Abilities
1. Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
5. Effective written communication skills for documentation and reports.
6. Broad knowledge of HR & Business Processes in the Home Office as well as the Field.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prepare and interpret reports and metrics
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business related software, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
9. Previous Learning Management System administration experience (CSOD) is preferred.
Education and Experience
1. Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2. Typically at least 4 years of experience in human resources/project management roles.
