Description
The Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and / or controlling aggregate enterprise risk in the context of Huntington's Risk Governance and Risk Appetite Framework. Works cross-functionally with business segments, segment risk, and independent risk management to fulfill responsibilities. The primary responsibilities associated with this role will include:
• Management of Products and Services Risk Assessment Process.
• Coordinate Products and Services Committee and Sub Committee including preparation of packages, assessment of meeting materials, completion of meeting minutes, coordination of invitees.
• Maintain products and services inventory and pipeline.
• Manage products and services post implementation review process.
• Participate in products and services development and implementation projects as applicable.
• Manage enhancement of products and services processes including working through self-identified finding and action plan.
• Assist ERM team with other responsibilities as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 or more years banking experience with at least 2 years in product management or risk.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Products and Services review process.
• Take a team building approach with business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a comfort presenting information in front of groups.
• Comfortable actively participating and voicing perspective in team environment.
• Project-oriented with the ability and desire to analyze processes and data, identify and bring forward challenges and potential solutions, create and maintain reports, and communicate findings.
• Ability to review processes and identify risks and controls.
• Detail-oriented with an established personal system for managing time, deadlines, and documentation.
• Accustomed to fast-paced, rapidly evolving situations with the ability to quickly re-sort priorities based on changing circumstances.
• Able to quickly adapt to change including new technologies.
• Ability to access ERMS for reporting or inquiry.
• High proficiency at using MS Office tools.
