Allstate has an exceptional career opportunity for an Unrepresented Casualty Adjuster in Roanoke, VA!
Please note, there is a required 1-week training that will take place in Wheeling, IL
What you will do:
• Investigate and settle injury claims where the parties involved are not represented by an attorney.
Key Responsibilities
• Investigate claims: take recorded statements, obtain photos and/or conduct on scene investigations, review medical reports, document claim files and prepare investigation summaries.
• Determine liability and negotiate a claim settlement in accordance with business unit best practices.
• Deliver compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy.
• Research and respond to customer communications.
Qualifications:
• Liability determination and investigation experience strongly preferred.
• One to two years’ experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Well organized self-starter who can work independently.
• Persistence and the ability to solve problems.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience plus two years’ experience delivering outstanding customer service preferred.
• Prior claims or insurance experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Persistence and the ability to work through and solve problems.

• Has and maintains all appropriate licenses and registrations for the role per state requirements
