The Seasonal Fraud Specialist will be responsible for:
• Handle moderately difficult disputes and be responsible for conflict resolution between customer and merchant.
• Responsible for an extensive amount of inbound and outbound calls related to dispute resolution.
• Establish new dispute cases in case management system.
• Communicate dispute details to and from the cardholder, merchant’s, financial institutions, third party processor, peers, and management.
• Taking ownership of dispute calls, ensuring the appropriate actions are taken.
• Utilize Appian, TSYS, Visa platforms.
The position is expected to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Quality and production standards should be met.
Qualifications:
Work Experience 2+ years in related field
High School degree w/ some continuing education or work experience preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good conflict resolution skills while maintaining a high quality of customer service
Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously and continually meet deadlines
Knowledge of Association and Federal Regulations Preferred
Self Starter with ability to work without direct supervision
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Overtime as needed and some holiday's may be required.)
