Our team is hiring experienced, energetic individuals who will play a key role in supporting global growth of an asset manager, reducing risk, gaining efficiencies and strengthening relationships with across all business partners.*Our teams in Investment Operations play a key role in supporting PGI’s boutiques through delivering a scalable operating model with a strong focus on managing the control environment and reducing risk. Our global team is responsible for middle office functions all of which focus on providing timely and accurate data to investment teams & clients globally. Individuals may also become involved in projects related to continuing to improve our organization and move toward our desired state.
Responsibilities:
• Develop advanced understanding of unique investment strategies managed by multiple investment boutiques within PGI and apply the investment knowledge to support the investment management process
• Build relationships with multiple areas across the organization including the Front Office, Marketing, Investment Operations, and fellow team members.
• Use problem solving skills to resolve anomalies in performance related data and implement risk reducing solutions
• Explore and implement new processes to add value to the investment management process
• Produce performance data for current clients and to attract new clients to PGI through various channels
• Support the analytic tool for the front office by creating custom formulas and data validation
• Perform calculations, analysis, research, and report preparation to support performance measurement and portfolio management processes and tools.

• Required Skills:
◦ Bachelor's degree in business field including finance, accounting, MIS or engineering field such as economics, statistics, mathematics, business analytics or computer science required.
◦ Prefer candidates who are actively pursuing or have MBA, CFA, CIPM
◦ Prefer candidates with prior investment performance, analytics or statistics experience
◦ Demonstrate understanding of investment asset types such as Fixed Income instruments, Derivative Instruments and Equities
◦ Experience with industry tools such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Aladdin, POINT, Sylvan, Eagle, and/or similar performance/investment related tools
◦ Understanding of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R
