JOB SUMMARY
Individual will work closely with the portfolio management team in the daily administration of trust portfolios. Individual will keep abreast of portfolio positioning, market news, trades, analyzing/reconciling position discrepancies, monitoring account guidelines and restrictions. Individual will assist portfolio manager with investment performance reviews, cash management and account rebalancing. Individual will assist with the preparation of marketing material and presentations.
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Work with portfolio managers on research initiatives, stock fundamental analysis, and overall portfolio analysis and monitoring to ensure keeping with account guidelines and restrictions.
-Perform daily administrative and account management functions in the daily administration of trust portfolios under direction of the portfolio management team. Including researching, compiling, computing, organizing and preparing information for Trust and AIM, LLC officers for use in discussions, client and staff meetings. Implementing portfolio strategy based on direction from portfolio manager, administrative officer or internal/external client.
-Develop an in-depth knowledge of the market and client base in order to design, organize and maintain presentation pieces for internal and external communication purposes.
-Coordinate daily, monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting in accordance with Trust, OCC, SEC and other regulatory requirements. Maintain records to be used in regular internal and external audit exams.
-Work under portfolio managers guidance on projects related to overall client portfolio review and management, complex account issues, investment selection analysis and management portfolio management and research.
-Enter trades on behalf of portfolio manager, administrator or client. Maintain integrity between internal and third party software. Possibly provide backup to trading desk.
-Monitor account and department strategic risk guidelines in accordance with internal compliance procedures and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business, or Finance
Required Experience: 2-4 years Investment field with emphasis on financial markets.
Preferred Experience: 4-7 years Investment field with emphasis on financial markets.
Special Skill Requirements:
Computer Systems (specify) Financial software such as Advent, Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, and knowledge with standard performance practices. Access Database knowledge a plus.

Job Requirements
Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
