Responsibilities
• Fill DHG Near and local office entry-level hiring needs and goals based upon business plans in conjunction with local office leadership through campus recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate the scheduling of in-person interviews and confirm logistics with interviewers and candidates for DHG NEAR candidates.
• Help with travel coordination needs of applicants using DHG Corporate Travel tool as requested.
• Coordinate and facilitate all logistics associated with hosting on-campus activities at target schools, including scheduling and conducting interviews, arranging receptions, activities, presentations with key clubs and organizations (i.e., BAP, NABA chapters), etc.
• Assist Campus Recruiting Team with on-campus activities, as needed, at target schools across firm footprint.
• Build and maintain relationships with target candidates as well as business partners, including all levels of employees, Partners and leadership as well as university officials, clubs and organizations, faculty members, department heads, recruiting team, etc.
• Foster recruiting relationships with freshman and sophomore and target top talent to attend our Leadership Conference.
• Provide reporting and status updates on the progress of university recruiting to the Campus Recruiting Manager and local office leadership.
• Partner with local office on strategic plans for future hiring.
• Solicit feedback from local office leadership on matters pertaining to university recruiting.
• Contribute to the strategy of establishing the appropriate new hire salary structure for local market with input from local office leadership and the Campus Recruiting Manager.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCims) to track and report on candidates and to confirm that recruitment forms are current.
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
• Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
• Ensure positive candidate experience while protecting DHG employer brand.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university required.
• 1+ years of prior public accounting or recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel, required.
• Previous experience with iCims and Yello preferred.
• Strong communication skills and experience delivering professional presentations required.
• Previous experience managing deadline-driven projects required.
• Travel required, including some overnight trips, both by car and airplane.
