Are you a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, can juggle multiple initiatives and work in a fast-paced environment? Fidelity Charitable is looking for someone to execute on marketing tactics that are foundational to our business. You will work closely with front line teams to support financial advisor and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) donor engagements, as well as develop messaging and content that resonates with our target audiences across multiple channels.
The Team
Your role is a member of the Advisor-Donor Marketing Team. This team is responsible for creating content and driving marketing campaigns to educate and raise awareness of Fidelity Charitable and smart philanthropy through the use of a donor-advised fund. Fidelity Charitable is an independent public charity that has helped donors support more than 219,000 nonprofit organizations with more than $25 billion in grants.
The mission of Fidelity Charitable is to further the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make charitable giving simple, effective, and accessible. Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. The Expertise You Have
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in communications, journalism or marketing
• 2-4 years of marketing experience or comparable ranging from message development to cross-channel campaign execution to marketing analysis
• Knowledge of the financial services and/or advisor (RIA, CPA, Trust & Estate Attorney, etc.) industry a plus

• You have experience and a passion for marketing and for thinking through new and innovative ways to reach our audience.
• You have demonstrated the ability to work across teams and are one who manages with influence.
• You are an expert with presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
The Value You Deliver
• Developing and executing on foundational marketing deliverables, including but not limited to: Fundraising presentations, product fact sheets, brochures and collateral, email campaigns, web content, infographics, videos
• Analyzing, recommending and executing on strategies for more effective advisor and UHNW donor engagement through fidelitycharitable.org
• Serving as a champion and go-to person for partners across Fidelity Charitable Fundraising
• Managing marketing tactics in support of UHNW donor strategies, including collateral management and email communications
• Managing some event logistics as well as attending and working occasional events for UHNW donors and prospects
• Using critical thinking to identify additional opportunities or new obstacles
