Manager, Direct Marketing - Campaign Insights & Optimization
Managed Services places Mastercard in the heart of our customer’s b2c and b2b marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive our client’s most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference.
In order to create exceptional marketing service products, we are seeking a Manager, Direct Marketing Campaign Optimization and Insights who will contribute to the development and operational excellence of proprietary data products, campaign design, and ongoing learning in support of the marketing solutions executed on behalf of our clients around the globe.
Role
The Manager, Direct Marketing - Campaign Optimization & Insights, will manage the creation and distribution of actionable insights synthesizing regional best practices to improve global campaign performance
•Work with internal teams to identify and design new tools and systems to improve efficiency
•Build the roadmap and monitor performance of new test recommendations for clients
•Create thought leadership materials and benchmarking reports for internal and external constituents
•Coordinate thorough go-to-market processes to insure successful rollout of new campaign optimization tools
•Conduct regular trainings and create materials in support internal and external adoption of optimization best practices
•Continually drive new thinking with respect to digital campaigns, including the development of best practices, development of new analytical techniques, industry-specific insights, etc.
All About You
•A digital marketer who is passionate about digging through data to derive optimization opportunities in marketing campaigns
•Experience in A/B and MVT test design
•Deep knowledge of statistical analysis
•Strong knowledge of the programmatic industry and experience working in Ad Tech
•Collaborative cross-functional skills
•Ability to think critically; insatiably curious; a dedicated problem solver
•Bachelor’s degree
