Day to day duties:
• Day-to-day management of all revenue-focused operations: Client Management (New Business and Customer Engagement), Marketing, Business Change and Business Dev.
• Overseeing the smooth operational rollout of new products and projects.
• Producing and monitoring daily KPI and MI data for all relevant areas
• Member of Nadex’s senior management team
• Direct/Indirect Reports: approx. 27
Goals and Objectives:
• Oversee development of KPIs and delivery roadmaps for each department
• Improve the client experience throughout the conversion funnel
• Boost client onboarding, conversion and retention to drive revenue growth
• Assess risks and weaknesses in each department
• Employee recruitment, retention and succession planning with respect to local managers
• Ensure effective implementation and use of new systems (e.g., new Salesforce org)
Management
Manage 4 directly and 23 indirectly.
• 4 direct reports: Head of Client Management; Director, Business Development; Director of Marketing; and Head of Business Change.
• Areas of responsibility include new business (sales, account opening and demo account conversion); customer engagement; marketing strategy across all channels, business development and change management.
• The CCO will be responsible for hiring and firing within the Operations departments.
All Nadex employees are college degree professionals or have the equivalent relevant experience.
Education and experience required
• College degree educated with 10 years of industry experience including management of operational, business development or related areas.
• Proven track record of developing teams in an expanding company.
• Experience of managing diverse teams and large projects desired.
• Experience with and appreciation for compliance obligations in a highly regulated business.
• Preferred experience in CFTC regulated business.
