Our Corporate Marketing & Branding department is seeking a Digital Marketing Representative. This position will play a critical role in supporting and executing digital marketing content at Great American Insurance Group. This will include collaborating with various marketing team members on the strategy and execution of a variety of marketing tactics, email campaigns, social media, organic (SEO) search and more.
Responsibilities
• Work with Account Managers and content creators to develop, and then execute marketing campaigns via the public website (GAIG.com), landing pages and email as well as connecting with social media when requested.
• Set up, test, build and deploy e-mail marketing campaigns using Marketo application.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to develop and report on results of campaigns, landing pages, etc., and use analytics to optimize results and enhance future campaigns.
• Work with team members on organic search engine optimization (SEO) programs.
• Champion and implement best practices.
• Provide design advice to ensure high deliverability, engagement, as well as a consistent experience across devices and browsers.
• Using available tools capture visitor feedback on marketing content published to the public site.
• Leverage other tools to ensure consistent experiences for our entire audience.
Qualifications
• 2 +/- years in digital marketing experience managing development of digital marketing programs
• Experience in email marketing or Marketing Automation platforms, with Marketo experience preferred
• Experience in web content management and landing page development
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other search technologies preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite products preferred
• Accessible portfolio of previous work showcasing skills in marketing and design
◦ Featuring HTML and CSS skills a plus
• BS/BA in Marketing, Business or Communications or another related field
• Financial and/or insurance background desirable
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
