AXA's Funds Management Group is growing and is seeking a Portfolio Manager - Asset Allocation Group to join our team. The Portfolio Manager oversees portfolios according to guidelines. Responsibilities include:
• Asset allocation, underlying fund/ETF selection and fund rebalancing.
• Monitor and analyze risk and fund performance.
• Examine investment process, document investment rationale.
• Trade and monitor execution quality and report on all portfolios to Board of Trustees.
• Research investment and asset allocation topics and create strategy to optimize fund performance.
• Recommend new investment opportunities.
• Help design new fund offerings.
• Present at various venues regarding investment process including at Board Meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration and/or Mathematics preferred
• Working towards CFA, CFP and/or CLU designations a plus
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in using Excel, VBA, Bloomberg PORT. Matlab is a plus.
• Deep knowledge and interest in investments, asset allocation and portfolio management
• Excels at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and completing projects within time constraints
• Diligent, enthusiastic and result-orientated
• 10+ years experience in investment management
