The GPAS Project Analyst will support the Guided Pathways Advisory Services (GPAS) strategic initiative. Reporting directly to the VP, Participant Asset Retention Strategies, incumbent will be responsible for determining, creating and reporting upon the quantitative and qualitative analytics relating to the various programs within GPAS. Incumbent will also assist VP in overall project management of GPAS including meeting scheduling, project plan updates, reporting, running meetings and other duties as assigned.
Essential functions for this role include:
• Develop and maintain reports that track the progress of the various GPAS initiatives. Run weekly and monthly reports to be shared with GPAS and ICMA-RC senior leadership.
• Analyze internal data at the plan sponsor, participant, RPS and Adviser levels; identify trends and patterns in the data.
• Create, and modify Salesforce reports to assist in overall GPAS reporting. Post update messages in Salesforce chatter.
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal contacts.
• Assist in the developing and monitoring of GPAS budgets.
• Organize, schedule, attend and on occasion lead GPAS related meetings.
• Identify key discussion topics for meetings and reports. Create meeting agendas.
• Update and maintain GPAS project plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience; 5+years of experience with research, some data analytics and project management. Experience in financial services industry strongly preferred. Salesforce experience preferred.
• Power user of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong math and computational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Some Project Management Experience
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Usage of research tools (SAS, ., other) preferred
