Responsibilities
The Digital and Innovation team at CIBC Bank USA is focused on building the digital sales and service capabilities to drive growth for our US retail segment. This director is a pivotal member of the team and will be responsible for building the strategy and executing on the capabilities needed to drive digital adoption, client self-service and overall digital engagement of our customers.
• Drive the digital customer experience in our servicing platforms and grow the digitally active customer base
• Lead the direction of online banking and mobile app including baselining current performance, and building future roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, finance, risk) and with vendors to execute on key strategic priorities
• Advise on long term technology coherence and identify opportunities for synergies across our platforms and assets
