Job Description:
Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, prepare operations and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.
Major Responsibilities
• Documents findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• Interviews personnel and conducts on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
• Analyzes data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Plans study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
• Confers with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
• Assist with all vendor management duties including invoice processing via Ariba and completing tasks in the Third Party Portal.
• Create existing and new Business Technology metrics for the PULSE BT department.
• Work closely with the PULSE EMPO department on maturing SAFe methodologies in BT.
• Responsible for enforcing adhere to SDLC/PDP practices for all applicable projects.
Skills:
• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience (pref in project management, business analysis, product roles)
• Demonstrable Lean / Agile experience
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban & Scaled Agile principles and practices
• Share knowledge at different levels, be hands-on with the team as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
• Financial Services experience highly preferred
