The primary duties of the Talent Experience Analyst are:
• Implements and promotes actions that enhance a productive Associate Experience.
• Promotes management resources for education and development of the Associate experience.
• Keeps current on talent acquisition and engagement programs and developments to ensure programs are aligned to both business strategy and external market.
• Assists with execution and analysis of the Associate survey as well as on-going pulse survey and other data collection programs.
• Promotes feedback mechanisms for associate and managers to influence the continuous improvement of the Associate Experience. Monitors the effect of business decisions on Associate Experience and vice versa. Advises management on addressing concerns.
• Provides operational support and guidance to the Organization on associate experience related matters.
• Plans and executes sourcing and candidate experience efforts and strategies for both External Talent Acquisition channels and social media channels, including but not limited to Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Analyzes, and interprets accurate and timely data to predict future trends that influence human capital management and talent experience strategies.
• Participates in vendor and internal meetings to gain thorough understanding of subject matter and technical requirements as related to talent systems.
• Systematically and regularly shares repeatable best practices in talent experience. Plans, organizes and participates in talent experience education sessions.
• Maintains an awareness of changes in employment laws and recommends changes in policy to ensure compliance.
• Works in partnership with other human resource functions and business areas such as Performance Management, Internal Communications, Corporate Citizenship, MemberFirst, HR management, etc. to ensure all associate experience practices and processes are in alignment.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of human resources experience with 2+ years in talent, engagement, associate relations or employee experience.
• 1+ year experience managing human resource projects and vendor relations for a mid-to large-sized employer.
• Demonstrated experience in retention and/or engagement initiatives; experience in program and process development in a multi-faceted business environment.
• Continuing education, course work, or seminar work such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management and general business management.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and practices. Capacity to be accountable for this knowledge and apply it to ongoing tasks, communications, and other considerations.
• Excellent project management, negotiating and influencing skills.
• Possess, apply, and continually develop the technical, operational, and systems skills needed to effectively analyze, develop and administer programs.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; ability to use functions such as v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.
• Knowledgeable on dashboards development.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
• Ability to research and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team on assignments and projects, performing diverse duties.
To The qualified candidate, we offer:
A competitive salary of $50,800.00to $63,500.00 salary, depending on experience plus additional earning potential with participation in our annual bonus plan.
