Responsibilities
• Collate and bind financial statements and other reports
• Scan client documents into electronic network files
• Answer correspondence from clients and provide assistance
• Provide regular and consistent administrative support for receptionist area
• Provide administrative support for our Assurance Services Team
• Provide services of hospitality supporting camaraderie among our Assurance Services Team and office, including event planning and wrap-up
• Work with the pressure of numerous daily deadlines, be detail-oriented, and be proactive
• Listens well and asks pertinent questions to ensure thorough understanding of projects and tasks
• Exude the utmost professionalism while in the office and in communications
• Operate in a detail-oriented manner and produce precise and accurate work products
• Provide appointment scheduling for Managers and/or Partners utilizing MS Outlook
• Enter schedules into ProStaff and prepare scheduling reports for Managers
• Work with the Campus Recruiting Team by acting as the Intern Program Coordinator for the Atlanta office
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to network with other administrative professionals throughout the Firm and provide back-up as needed

Qualifications
• One year of previous Public Accounting administrative experience highly preferred
• Three years of administrative experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to multitask and shift between working products required
• Superior customer service skills required and will be assessed in interview process
• Ability to work with the highest levels of confidentiality required
• Ability to work an 8am to 5pm schedule required
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons required
• Advanced MS Office 2016 skills required
• Professional ability to work along side of diverse personalities is required
