Description
The Process Re-Engineering Analyst will work with Citizens Bank Business Line leaders to diagnose and design solutions to solve business problems across the Enterprise. Also, drive all aspects of process redesign including: Process definition, use case definition and evaluation, detailed process design, production modeling, requirements definition, and business case development.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Architect, evaluate and refine operating models, business process models, requirements documents, and business cases
• Support scoping large-scale development efforts, create and validate work plans (phases, resources / roles, deliverables), and build models and deliverables
• Perform research activities to validate problem/opportunity, competitive position and requirements
• Conducts data collection and detailed analysis activities using operational and financial data
• Responsible for the identification of robotic process automations for the Shared Services organization
• Develop and deliver project communications appropriate to large complex projects, including: meeting minutes, status reports, and executive presentations
• Develop and deliver recommendations and implement approved actions and supporting control plans
• Work with Business Line Managers to develop ‘Executive Ready’ synopsis (deliverables) of model outputs
• Work with Business Line Managers to create and present summaries to Executive Management that drive decisions
• Develop business cases, and partners with finance to vet and understand costing impacts
• Support evolution of agreed-upon architectures and lead change control process
• Build continuous improvement acumen within Business Lines through coaching and training
• Develop and maintain internal network of contacts to support idea validation and data gathering requirements
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of operations redesign/ lean process engineering with a strong understanding of Six Sigma methodology
• Financial services or Manufacturing background in operations, quality and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability in the full operations development lifecycle, which may include; concept definition and evaluation, process modeling, production modeling, requirements definition, system implementation, and business case development.
• Ability to lead teams comprised of direct and indirect staff through complex and ambiguous projects.
• Strong communication skills and experience with interviewing, presentation, and large group facilitation.
• Position will work remotely with availability to work with business lines in the Citizens Bank footprint
Education and Certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree required with MBA preferred.
• Black Belt (BB) Certification required
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
