Major Responsibilities:
• Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of global financial crimes compliance documentation (e.g., policies, standards, and procedures);
• Assisting to build and maintain processes to facilitate the administration of financial crimes compliance documentation through the policy lifecycle (e.g., development, review, approval, implementation, renewal, and retirement of policies, standards, and procedures);
• Developing and maintaining the renewal schedule for global financial crimes compliance documentation;
• Providing logistical support to the bank dedicated to the development and administration of financial crimes compliance documentation;
• Assisting subject matter experts with the development of policy content and supporting alignment efforts between local/regional procedures and global policies and standards; and
• Gathering and analyzing metrics relating to the development and administration of global financial crimes compliance documentation and, as appropriate, preparing reports summarizing the information gathered.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in banking or other financial institution setting, with a focus on enterprise risk management or compliance risk management;
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the financial crimes compliance space;
• Strong writing and comprehension skills;
• Experience in the development and administration of policies, standards, and procedures;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities;
• Team player and ability to work collaboratively;
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments; and
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
