Job Summary:
The Team Manager is responsible for managing a service delivery team dedicated to providing excellent service to customers by consistently meeting or exceeding service level standards. This position must have specialist knowledge of the relocation industry.
Job Roles:
• Manages a team of relocation coordinators and specialists
• Maintains service level standards for all customers
• Mentors and develops team associates
• Completes timely associate evaluations
• Prepares and/or presents training modules, internally or externally as required
• New customer set up; reviews Service Delivery Assessment with new customers and develops and implements process flow
• Provides timely monthly reporting to all customers
• Prepares internal reporting as required
• Oversees training of team associates and insures associates meet annual minimum training or mandatory training requirements
• Invoices customers timely
• Assists with Request for Proposals or Request for Information as required
• Prepares for and participates in annual reviews with customers
• Acts as a check signer
• Participates in special projects as assigned
• Travels as required for customer visits, professional conventions, seminars, etc.
• Backs up team associates on transactions as necessary due to seasonal volume increases, group moves, etc.
• Miscellaneous duties or special projects as assigned by manager(s)
Qualifications
Role Specific Knowledge
• Title, closing, escrow and /or relocation experience
• Real estate, mortgage lending and/or paralegal experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience preparing conveyance documents
• General knowledge of real estate customs and practices nationwide and in Canada
• Excellent organization, written/verbal communication skills and customer relations skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail oriented with ability to multi-task
• Positive attitude and quality minded
• Eagerness and ability to learn and develop
• Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
• Completion of an associate degree in any field is a plus
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in any field is required
• Possession of a CRP Designation license
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the relocation industry which includes experience in the title industry.
