Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning and executing the administrative requirements and operational performance of the Commercial team (including calendars, travel support and expense submissions).
• Acting as a primary contact person between Commercial Leadership and key partners, enabling the role to provide insights to leadership to improve the daily management of the business unit.
• Responsible for critical weekly and monthly reporting as well as distribution of materials to executive levels of the organization
• Strategic content and document development, including line of business (LOB), corporate and board presentations.
• Developing, enhancing and distributing various types of reporting (sales/production, pipeline, financial performance, etc.).
• Suggesting problem resolution approaches and procedures.
Requirements
Academic Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree within a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Business Administration).
• A master's degree in business, economics or other managerial disciplines would be beneficial.
Experience:
• This role requires a minimum of 7-10 years in a relevant field in roles with increasing responsibility.
Skills and Abilities:
• The candidate must have exceptional communication and presentations skills, as well as the ability to track and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• The role also requires a skilled coach with strong influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency, be results-oriented and focused on quality.
• Must be highly adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including representing the team and team leader in senior-level discussions.
• Due to the strategic/confidential nature of many initiatives, the candidate must be able to maintain the complete trust of all those with whom he or she interacts.
Work Schedule M-F (8AM-5PM)
