Job Description:
The Strategic Resource Associate (SRA) plays a vital role in the growth and development of our operations and sales culture.
Position Responsibilities –
Data Management & Sales Enablement:
• Super user of MWW’s data management systems (CORE, BenefitPoint, EPIC).
• Assists Operations and SRM Team with data management systems including activation of new accounts, reporting, data mining, troubleshooting and tracking utilization.
• Manage development of benchmarking and CORE sales reports and auditing integrity of data.
• Manage house account data in CORE (and other systems if necessary).
• ‘CORE Concierge’ – Assist certain Producers with new business opportunities, enter and maintain data in CORE.
• Develop a snapshot of annual client revenue by line of coverage.
• Work with Operations to ensure all appropriate HUB and producer compensation is entered in all systems and revenue is collected on new business.
• Validate new revenue when a new client is sold.
Factors for Success:
• College Degree or proven successful experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite of Applications (Excel, Word, and PPT).
• Experience or interest working with a CRM system.
• Strong technical skills.
• Proven organizational skills.
• The ability to build solid rapport with management and staff.
