As a Leader, you are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes.
This individual will assist in the ongoing Marketing & Sales program coordination between partners such as Tranzact, AmeriLife and AIG. Duties such as but not limited to, assisting in the development and management of the Quarterly Business Review Process with AIG Direct, AIG Brand, Legal, Compliance and other interested parties. They will also assist in the ongoing filing of marketing materials and getting them through ad review. Assuring programs can launch on time will be essential for hitting sales plans as budgeted. This person will also serve as the day-to-day contact for sales manager(s), marketing managers, and when needed other team members. Duties will also include working with teams for the creation of marketing communication materials for partners and the further extension into Brokerage.
These include development of:
• Tranzact eMail, Paid Search, SEO, etc.
• Work with Marketing, Compliance & Ad Review, on expansion tactics, etc.
• Analysis & optimization of existing programs
• Assisting leadership in establishment of expansion tactics such as DRTV, SEO Optimization Analytics
• Working with the Brokerage Wholesaling Team, the Direct Sales teams on identifying and prioritizing improvements in tool experience.
• Assisting in the development /research of business cases, market studies, etc. for new product
• 3-5 years of work experience. Insurance industry preferred but not mandatory.
• 4 College degree, or additional work experience – Ideally in market
• Financial aptitude with budget planning, revenue forecasting and marketing return on investment
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly excel & Power Point.
• Proficiency with Technology, particular web platforms, processes such as Agile, and tools such as Jira are highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to 25% travel
