Summary
The Business Development Manager - Auto Dealer Commercial Services is responsible for the development and growth of new floorplan relationships within an assigned territory. This position requires collaboration with dealership personnel, CCAP sales, internal credit and legal teams and the FCA Dealer Placement Team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify prospects by data mining with focus on opportunities between $5 and $15MM
• Establish relationships with CCAP DRMs/FCA personnel
• Activity support Go to Market Meetings
• Prepare term sheets/presentations in support of targeted dealer solicitation
• Evaluate credit worthiness of prospects by analyzing dealer cash flows and performance ratios
• In person dealer meetings in support of department's growth strategy
• Effectively schedule administrative duties with on-sight dealer solicitations
• Act as primary liaison with our insurance provider
• Manage the holistic on-boarding process from term sheet to acquisition.

Qualifications
• Extensive commercial auto dealership new business development experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to multi task and implement and interpret policies
• Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple inquiries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sales and credit experience
