Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the table:
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Work experience:
• 1+ years of experience in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service
• Demonstrated success in retail environment
• Desire to advance skills in various areas of personal finance including investments, insurance, mortgage, etc.
• Highest level of ethical standards and alignment with Bank of Hawaii’s core values: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Commitment, Teamwork
• Passion to serve, support communities and make a difference in peoples’ lives
• Willingness to learn and teach
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Able to push a cash cart weighing up to 100 lbs, lift approximately 20 – 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
