Section 1: Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing timely reporting, trend analysis and compensation administration and support to our Business Partners, Finance and Executive Leadership.
Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with SVP, Human Resources and Compensation and Reporting Manager on a variety of compensation projects including program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of new programs related to compensation, variable compensation/commission and equity programs.
• Ensure all programs are in line with current market and compensation trends.
• Day to day administration and support of compensation programs.
• Expand current reporting capabilities to provide for improved trend analysis and process improvement recommendations across Human Resources function.
• Expand dashboard reporting capabilities allowing leaders to have just in time data without Human Resources creation.
• Develop, maintain and generate all reports required for Human Resources.
• Partner with Finance providing detailed reports and analysis used for budgeting purposes relative to headcount, compensation, variable compensation, etc.
• Ensure data integrity of associate data within HRIS.
• Handle all steps required to participate in salary surveys to be utilized in benchmarking roles across the organization.
• Review job descriptions to determine appropriate FLSA status and job grade placement.
• Support acquisitions through review of associate compensation data and programs to ensure proper mapping to Ascensus structure.
• Support the Human Resources team on reporting and compensation related issues through research and analysis.
• Responsible for tracking all Human Resources expenses against budget to ensure in line spending against budget across Human Resources functions.
• Lend support throughout Human Resources function as needed.
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years’ experience with compensation administration, including salary survey participation and benchmarking
• Experience with analyzing and implementing new compensation structures
• Experience with analyzing and implementing sales commission structures
• 3-5 years’ experience with reporting and business analysis
• Proficient with HRIS software, specifically Workday is a plus
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Motivated and innovative with a process improvement outlook
• The ability to meet multiple and concurrent deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to work well with others
• Good organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills at all levels, one-on-one or in a group
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Extremely trustworthy and able to work with highly confidential information
