Job Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Transformation Coaches to drive adoption of lean and agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Help teams learn and adopt the Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform along with lean and agile practices and principles.
• This will include both face-to-face, on-site and remote consulting and training activities.
• Drive the development of metrics at the team, team of teams, and portfolio level to support continuous improvement at those levels.
• Develop and maintain reports supporting the activities of the AEA organization.
• Adapt and extend VersionOne training to the AEA organization.
• Provide spot coaching / guidance to teams on the application of the ALM platform.
• Provide leadership to assigned initiatives that are broad in scope or deep in complexity as part of a development team utilizing Agile practices.
• Effectively utilize Agile practices and the Solution Development Lifecycle to deliver commitments and goals.
• Oversee the effective and efficient use of technology to support business process modeling, the development and maintenance of business rules, and documentation as defined by business process, system, and product owners.
• Provide coaching, and guidance to analysis and testing in support of commitments.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Operations or related fields or equivalent professional related work experience.
• 3 - 5 years of recent related work experience in Scrum/Kanban, Project Delivery, business analysis, process design or technology development.
• 3-5 years recent related work experience with Agile Lifecycle Management(ALM) platforms (i.e VersionOne, TFS, JIRA, Rally).
• Ability to coach team on ALM platform best practices and ensure adherence to agile methodology to deliver rapid product development and maximum business value.
• Ability to work with Agile teams with Backlog and Sprint or Kanban commitments.
• Prior hands-on experience in software delivery (preferred).
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, tactfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing, including presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to create alliances and establish and contribute to a high degree of teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups
