Role Value Proposition:
Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation. This role, for a Manager of TAM Operations, will provide exemplary customer service by managing total absence claims in a timely and accurate fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing activities for unit, oversees Unit Leaders.
• Builds and manages effective partnerships with both internal and external customers.
• Promotes change and assesses proposed business solutions and process improvements.
• Integrates customer needs with the strategic direction of the organization.
• Fosters the creation and execution of operational metrics (e.g., productivity, quality) that drive accountability and results.
• Provides leadership on major initiatives and uses leadership role and knowledge to affect the work and direction of the claim organization.
• Full people management responsibility, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• High School diploma
• 5+ yrs. related claims experience
• 5+ years of experience in leadership position.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ yrs. related experience
• 6+ years of experience in leadership position.
• Demonstrated TAM and industry knowledge.
• Expert influence, negotiation and networking skills.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal/written/presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems using sound business judgment.
• Strong customer satisfaction focus.
