Position Summary:
Kemper is seeking a Customer Service Trainer 1 to work in our Chatsworth, CA office. Candidates key responsibility is to provide training and development for customer service team. Our customer service team is the front line for assisting our brokers and providing the best service possible to our mutual insureds on both phones and processing broker requests. Our customer service team consists of insurance professionals who are knowledgeable and empowered to take action as needed when reviewing and processing change requests via phone, fax or online. This position will work 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F ; with the flexibility for Saturday support.
Position Qualifications:
•5+ years of professional customer service experience required
• Must have detail work experience with our systems, processes and procedures.
• Ability to create procedures as processes changes to enhance procedure manual.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Willing to travel to AZ branch office
