Environment
Building on long-term relationships and based on a deep understanding of our clients, Coverage & Investment Banking's (CORI) mission is to offer clients the whole range of solutions offered by SG CIB and the Group with a particular focus on strategic clients and the development of our investment banking activities.
Mission
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• All travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, car rental, and car service reservations
• Submit expense reports in a timely manner and according to travel policy and accounting guidelines
• Reconciliation of corporate AMEX accounts
• Obtain all necessary approvals for travel and expenses in a timely manner
• Communications (correspondence, scanning, telephone coverage …)
• Calendar management and maintenance
• Event planning (seminars, outings, cocktails …)
• Maintain attendance for group and submit out of office time in HR system
• Facilitate client/internal meetings (booking conference room, entering guests in building visitor system, providing refreshments, and ordering special equipment as needed)
• Maintain/purchase office supplies
• New hires set-up/departures and moves
• Coordinate facilities issues as they come up
• General administrative duties
• Act as backup for other assistants, as needed

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required:
• Computer literate, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Strong verbal and written expression
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Required:
• Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior level managers within the financial sector and ability to cover large teams
EDUCATION
Required:
• Bachelor degree
