About the Role

As a Senior Systems Analyst for iptiQ Americas, you will be working on several of the key technology initiatives leveraging cutting edge data, cloud, web applications and integration technologies. Working within the CTO organization, you will be involved in analyzing Integration requirements and defining Interface specs, documentation, data mapping, and System Analysis. You will be working on prototyping and deliver programming specifications. You will be working very closely with the business partners and external solution vendors. You will be working with some of the brightest and smartest people who are set to change the insurance industry.
The ideal person will be someone who can operate strategically and deliver tactical outcomes in complex projects. This person will have a broad understanding of multiple systems, requirements gathering techniques, and have proven him/herself leading requirements gathering workshops in multiple complex IT projects within the SDLC.

About You
Technical Qualifications
• Must have minimum 8 years executing Analysis, requirements gathering in Large Integration projects
• Must demonstrate ability of understanding Integration concepts around SOAP/REST, System Analysis, Data Mapping exercises
• Have strong experience working with rules based decision engines, web applications and automation solutions.
• Demonstrate ability with UML concepts, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case diagrams, writing technical requirement specifications and documentation
• Demonstrate knowledge in SOA, API, Micro-Services, Message oriented integration & streaming concepts and technologies
• Experience leading requirements gathering and Interface analysis, in a high availability, high performance and cloud environment
• Have a good understanding of various integration patterns, SOAP/REST protocols, and familiar with XML, JSON.
• Experience in Analysis and requirements gathering for BPM and Rules Management products and projects is a strong plus
Other Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / MIS or relevant work experience
• Experience working in insurance or life insurance space a plus
• Experience in defining testing framework is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to travel as needed
