Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for the overall product roadmap to grow the debit card portfolio by defining the product vision, profitably, increasing market share and working closely with the appropriate teams both internally and externally to increase card usage and establish and meet revenue targets.
• Serves as lead consultant with business lines, delivery channel and other business partners in defining customer experience, identifying improvement initiatives, assessing ROI, and building the debit cards portfolio through product development and/or support. Develops business cases and strategic directions with tactical implementation models for various products and services. Responsible for administration of any rewards platform(s) or technology systems owned by the product team related to debit cards.
• Define and create customer financial and other reporting to align and influence strategic plans and customer growth/retention. Work with broader team to develop regular review process of product and strategic initiative performance
• Respond to regulatory change, audit findings and internal policy updates related to consumer deposit products and ancillary products and services; this includes assisting in necessary functionality changes, disclosure updates and internal guidance development. Keep policies and procedures up to date.
• Ad HOC analysis, research, and strategic product projects, which includes assisting customers with understanding the products, and solving customer problems and issues.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in product centered role
• Ability to work cross functionally with various support and front line departments
• Experience with Card or Payment Product Management or Lending Product
• Management desired
• Work experience in financial services industry preferred
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience. SQL or Access (database) experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to take product through design and development; market or product discovery, scale or growth leader;

• Superior planning and project management skills with ability to develop project plans and execute on content
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
